Refund and Returns Policy
At Zahey, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, contact details, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Address
Returns will need to be sent to our provided return address in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The complete return details will be shared after your return request is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please check your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@zahey.pk so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or specially requested products
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@zahey.pk. Once your return is approved and received, we will guide you through the exchange process depending on product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
